Complaints or concerns
Complaints and concerns should be addressed to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and complaints department. They can be contacted by Email or Telephone (01223 216756 or using internal extension 2756), or in person, the office is located near to the main entrance in main reception at Addenbrookes hospital.
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and complaints team are here to help patients, relatives and carers if they have a comment, concern or complaint concerning the services provided by the hospital. The PALS and complaints team also takes compliments received directly from patients, relatives or friends.
The PALS and complaints department is not just for patients: we can also help staff dealing with difficult situations. The PALS and complaints team can help with difficult situations or when conflict has arisen.
